Their combined commercial real estate experience will support private and institutional investors with the acquisition, disposition and value creation of assets across Québec, primarily in the multifamily and industrial sectors.The division combines advisory, investment and transaction expertise under one roof. Every mandate is tailored to the client's goals, whether it involves value-add assets, purpose-built rental and urban redevelopment projects, or industrial properties of every size, including logistics facilities. Backed by an established network of private and institutional investors, the team sources opportunities discreetly and is equally at home on complex development projects and off-market deals.
Vahé Shaldjian, Vice President, Investments
Vahé brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, with expertise in the acquisition and disposition of multi-residential, industrial and retail investment properties. His ability to assess client requirements guides his approach to sourcing opportunities, analyzing investments and negotiating transactions. Throughout his career, Vahé has earned the trust of private and institutional decision-makers through his professionalism, integrity and commitment to clients. He maintains an extensive network of industry relationships across local, national and international markets.
George Papadakos, Vice President, Investments
With more than 20 years of experience, George has taken part in some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in the Greater Montreal Area. These include sale/leasebacks, site reorganizations and consolidations, and build-to-suit office, industrial and life science projects for local and multinational clients. As a landlord representative, he has overseen more than 20 million square feet of commercial assets and averaged 50 leasing transactions per year.
Nicolas Hovsepyan, Vice President, Investments
Nicolas has close to 20 years in business, including over a decade in real estate. He began in residential real estate before moving into commercial investment sales. He focuses on multifamily, land development and large-scale capital markets transactions. His work with private and institutional clients has given him a deep understanding of the Québec market. His approach is numbers-driven and transparent, and he builds long-term relationships based on trust.
